§3. Aims, legal basis and scope of data processing.

  1. We will process your data:
    1. for contact purposes, in order to reply to your message sent to us directly by e-mail or via a form on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in responding to you.
    2. for statistical, analytical and traffic monitoring purposes using cookies, on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest related to the correct operation and functioning of the Site and conducting site traffic analysis.
      1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device. With regard to the information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
      2. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) knows that a person registered with it is using the Website. The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device.
  2. We process your data in terms of:
    1. if you send us an e-mail, we will process the data it contains. Providing us with the data in the e-mail is done voluntarily. You can ask us to delete this data at any time.
    2. if you use the contact form on our website then we will process the data in the form of your e-mail address and name. The provision of this data is a condition for us to respond to your request.
    3. other data that the Administrator processes is your IP address and other data stored in cookies, which are used by the Administrator to analyse the use of the Website by you and other users. The processing of data in this respect may be stopped after you have lodged an objection.

§4. Time limit for storing data.

We are unable to determine for how long we will process your personal data. If you have provided us with your data in a form or email for contact purposes then we will process your data until you request the deletion of that data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

§5. Users’ rights.

  1. You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your data:

    2. the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing,

§6. Cookies.

  1. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on your terminal device, i.e. your computer, laptop or smartphone, depending on which device you use to view the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on your terminal device and a unique number. You can decide yourself on the form in which cookies are used – these settings are available in each web browser.
  2. Cookies are primarily for your convenience – by using them, page load times are significantly reduced on subsequent visits.
